In February we will focus on the letters P, Q, R and S. These letters represent important values in our ABC's to Success. "P" stands for Problem Solving, which will allow students to recognize problems when they arise and find solutions to those problems in order to rise above them and overcome them. "Q" stands for Quality Work and Effort, which teaches us how to do and give our best in all that we do. "R" stands for Respect, which is a core value to hope to instill in every student at Moroni Elementary School. We respect ourselves, our classmates, our teachers and our school. "S" stands for Self-Confidence , the ability to believe in ourselves and trust that we can do hard things. We will be reading the following books: Problem solving: What do you do with a problem Quality Work and Effort: Failure Friday Respect: The Paperbag Princess Self-Confidence: What I Tell Myself First The class with the highest attendance in January was Miss Johnson's 4th Grade Black Class with 92.67%!
