Camie made a motion to accept the minutes from our last meeting. Becky seconded the motion and it was unanimously approved.

Reviewed district goals and data on how our students are doing in language arts on the Acadience data growth. Reviewed how our interventions are working in our schools to help students progress.

The School Land Trust Plan will keep Read Naturally and a reading TA. Camie made a motion to accept this plan, Kami seconded it. All agreed to maintain the reading goal. We need to research and decide what we need in regards to technology for our next meeting.

We will host a digital citizenship week with a lesson and message for each day (in May). Teachers will share a lesson each day that focuses on Privacy/Security, Digital Footprint/Identity, and Cyberbullying/Drama/Web Hate. Camie moved to accept digital citizenship. Kami seconded it. Motion carried.

The council will review safety and routing plans during the next meeting.

PTA Reported on Red Ribbon Week which was last month and was a success. Literacy Week is coming up in March. It will be similar to Red Ribbon Week. There will be zoom meetings with teachers reading, March madness and battle of the books. Teacher appreciation week is in May. Discussed the possibility of having a Dance Festival. Overall opinion is that we should consider postponing until 2021. Jump rope contest is in April.
